After graduating, he produced and directed a musical reading of Fairystories before spending nine months on the road touring the country top to toe (RAP-Unzel and BotFarm 2014) with New Zealand Playhouse. After three hundred and thirty three performances he returned home to Christchurch to produce and production manage The Last Five Years. <image:caption>Emma is a young, Maori actor and designer living in Wellington. While finishing her degree in Theatre from Victoria University, Emma has delved into many areas of theatre. These include shadow puppetry with the Fringe multi-award nominated show Luke Scott’s Little Theatre of Big Dreams (written and directed by Catriona Tipene and Ryan Cundy); acting, her latest show being Tiny Deaths (written by Uther Dean, directed by Tabitha Arthur); and composing and sound design in Waste Not Want Not: Bethany’s Guide to The Thrift Life (written by Bethany Miller). Emma is very excited to be on (black)board with this project, working with (and learning from) some very talented performers and composers from around Aotearoa and Australia.</image:caption>

      <image:title>The Archives - The Isolation Mixtape Challenge - 2020 - Cally Castell</image:title>
<image:caption>Cally is a composer, actor, singer, and teacher. Originally from the UK, Cally is now based in Melbourne after a decade living happily in Aotearoa. Cally started her career in New Zealand professional theatre in 2011 as a stage manager, and then went on to train at The Actors Program. In 2017 Cally co-wrote, produced, and starred in the original musical And So It Goes for Auckland Fringe Festival (directed by Jennifer Ward-Lealand). She is currently writing and developing Grace, a grunge-rock feminist musical based on true events. Songs from Grace were first workshopped at the Christchurch International Musical Theatre Summer School in 2017 where Cally was an invited guest writer. Since then new material has been showcased in Home Grown Aus, Music Theatre Unleashed (New Zealand Music Theatre Company), and featured on the From Inspiration To Stage podcast. Other highlights as an independent artist and musical theatre songwriter include a cabaret of original songs for Hotspot Cabaret, co-writer and performer of Beyond Four Walls for Short+Sweet Festival, and performing and contributing to original musical Pan Is Dead (Theatre of Love). Cally has just spent a year touring Australia and New Zealand playing the role of “The Witch” in CDP Productions’ Room On The Broom. Previous acting highlights include The Sound of Music and H.M.S. Pinafore (Ben McDonald - National Tours), One Man, Two Guvnors (The Court Theatre), and Robin Hood and Maid Marian (Fantail Farm Productions). Cally has also worked as a singing coach for youth, professional musical theatre performers, and music therapists. She has taught both privately and itinerantly for various institutions and is very proud to have spent over a year as part of the Raukatauri Music Therapy Centre team in Auckland. During the global pandemic Cally has spent her time setting up Blossom Antenatal Australia, a volunteer organisation which provides breastfeeding education and antenatal support to expectant parents who may be affected by COVID-19 or experiencing financial hardship. You can catch more of Cally’s original songs in 4:4:1, showing at Little Andromeda in August!</image:caption>

      <image:title>The Archives - The Isolation Mixtape Challenge - 2020 - Brayden and Leea:</image:title>
<image:caption>Songwriting and music education duo Leea and Brayden have been writing together since they met at Auckland University nearly a decade ago. They bonded over a shared love of the Arctic Monkeys and The Dead Weather before studying song-craft and performance opened them up to a wealth of music genre and a broadened musical taste. Since then they have hungered to write in as many styles and for as many different projects as possible. This has lead them to writing for TV (Oddly Even), radio (“If I Can’t Have You”, Navvy), and theatre (Schlunted, She’ll Be Right - A Zombie Romp, The Downs and Ups of Peep and Squeak, Jelly Baby) as well as playing for other Auckland artists, and also writing and performing for their own personal projects. As well as their work in composition, Leea and Brayden are both passionate music educators who emphasize creativity and inclusivity in their teaching. Leea is particularly proud of her work with Girls Rock, a music programme dedicated and catered towards providing a safe space for women, transgender, and gender-non-conforming youth where music is the medium to build confidence, empowerment, and foster social change. Leea and Brayden currently live and work together in Auckland with their cat, Moo, who wandered into their house one afternoon and scratched up all the furniture. To this day she refuses to leave.</image:caption>
